Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped directly from South Korea. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.

(In particular, customers in Europe and Canada may be charged import fees ranging from approximately 15% to 40% of the order value, depending on local laws and the value of the shipment.)

When will I get my order?

All orders are expected to arrive within 5 -7 business days after purchase. Some countries may have customs clearance and may delay further. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number confirmation email will be sent out. If there are any issues, please email doobymerch@gmail.com :)

My tracking information is incorrect

Unfortunately, once your order has left our facility, we no longer have any contact or control over it. You will need to contact the courier directly to obtain additional information. If an order has been marked as delivered, you will need to contact the courier directly with any questions or concerns you may have.

What’s your return policy?

We're a small, family-run team. All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/order, please email doobymerch@gmail.com with the order number and name so we can resolve your situation quickly and smoothly. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed fraudulent by our payment system.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet shipped, you are welcome to cancel it. Just send an email to  doobymerch@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you used to place your order and let us know that you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

Where do you ship from?

All orders will ship from 37, Arayuk-ro, Gochon-eup, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, 10136 (2nd Floor)
