Prices are charged in USD.
Once your order has been sent for our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number
Your order will take between 5-6 business days
We offer free shipping for all orders over 120 USD. If you do not exceed this amount, you will be charge a flat rate of 5.99 USD.
If you never received your order, please look up your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that was sent out to you. If you still can't locate your order, please email us at doobymerch@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help

You can make changes if the order has not been sent, but for any changes made after the order has been sent, return fees will apply. Please refer to the returns policy.
- You may return your item to 37, Arayuk-ro, Gochon-eup, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, 10136 (2nd Floor) by paying the shipping fee.Â
- All sales are final after 14 days. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/order, please email doobymerch@gmail.com with the order number and name so we can resolve your situation quickly and smoothly. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed fraudulent by our payment system.
